What kind of custom packaging can you provide?
Regarding custom packaging, the cost of packaging is determined by different packaging sizes, materials, as well as the layout and quantity of product logos. We aim to minimize the weight of your packaging to keep shipping costs low, while maximizing quality and customer experience.
Which shipping services do you use?
For instance, between YunExpress and YanWen logistics providers: YunExpress is a bit more expensive, but its timeliness is currently among the best. Its only drawback is that it doesn't have an advantage in delivering to island regions and may not even provide delivery service there. On the other hand, YanWen can deliver to island regions, but its timeliness lags behind YunExpress by 2-5 days or even longer.
Does the Product Price Decrease with an Increase in Order Quantity?
The product quotation doesn't represent a permanent price. Based on a customer's sales volume and total sales, we can help reduce costs. For complex and electronic products, the cost reduction is the most objective and can help customers save a lot of unnecessary expenses.
What is your response time?
We will respond to all messages within 30 minutes, guaranteed, between 9am - 1am Beijing Time, every day.Â
However, please don't worry, we often work late, and If we see a message, no matter what time it is, we will go online and respond to the customer.
How do I get started?
Firstly, based on the product information and the intended sales region provided by the customer, and the daily sales volume of the product, we proceed with product pricing. Once the quotation is complete, we'll ask customers to grant shop authorization and link our ERP system backend. This way, customers don't have to send us orders in the form of spreadsheets daily. We can directly view the customer's daily order quantity and sales region through the ERP backend and inform the customer in real-time and process their orders (and send invoices for payment). Once the order is processed, a transportation tracking number is automatically generated and uploaded to the customer's shop backend for the buyer's convenience in tracking. After payment is completed, we'll immediately proceed with product procurement (including packaging). When the products arrive at the warehouse, they undergo quality checks, are shelved in storage, checked again before leaving the warehouse, packaged, and dispatched. Logistics then picks up and begins transportation.
